I run six live Irish sites and check their Search Console data every week. That gives me something most agencies never have: an actual answer to what moves a page up, rather than a theory to sell you.

It depends on what actually moves the needle for you, but I'll give you a fixed price up front, not a vague 'it depends'. A simple, fast lead-generating site for a small business is priced on what it actually needs to do. If a one-page site will do the job, I'll tell you that instead of selling you ten.
I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
Maybe not. If your current site is just slow or out of date, sometimes the fix is small. I'll look at it honestly and tell you whether it's worth rebuilding or whether your money is better spent getting found on Google.
Will my site actually show up on Google?
That's the whole point. I build every site to load fast and be found, and I set up local pages for the areas you serve. SEO is a long game, but a clean, fast, well-structured site is the foundation everything else sits on.
Do I own my website?
Completely. You own the code, the domain and the content. No lock-in, no holding your business hostage with a contract. If we ever part ways, you keep everything.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
I work with businesses all over Ireland, Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and everywhere between. Most of the work is done remotely, which keeps things fast and keeps your costs down. I am based in Dublin 5 so in-person meetings are easy if that suits you.
How long does it take to build a website?
A focused, well-scoped project takes two to three weeks from first conversation to launch. Larger sites with more pages or custom functionality take longer, but most Irish small business websites do not need to take more than a month. The main variable is how quickly you can supply content, photos, and sign off on designs.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes, but no mandatory monthly retainer. You only pay when you actually need work done. Most sites built right need very little maintenance. If you want me to keep the site updated, add new pages, or run regular SEO improvements, we can agree a simple monthly arrangement.
What if I am not in Dublin or one of the cities you list?
No problem. The city pages are where I focus local SEO, but I work with businesses in every county across Ireland, Wexford, Kerry, Donegal, Clare, anywhere. Get in touch and we will have a chat.
